Our Criminal History search explores real-time, original source records directly at the county level to report felony and misdemeanor convictions. Statewide search offered where available.

Multi-Court Jurisdictional Database
This supplemental criminal search houses more than 650 million records from sources across the US, outlying territories, and islands such as:
- Administrative Offices of the Court
- County Arrest Records
- Department of Corrections
- Department of Public Safety

Nationwide Federal Criminal
One Source searches the government’s name-based national index for US District and appellate court cases, which includes all jurisdictions. We cross-reference name matches against identifying information in this index and against the Federal Bureau of Prisons Databases, offering information on persons who have been in federal prison.

National Sex Offender Registry
A search of the Sex Offender Registries including:
- All 50 states
- Washington D.C.
- Outlying territories and islands

Reference Checks
Take references to the next level through anonymous mobile references. The questions asked regarding performance and work history information are obtained via email or text. The best pre-employment reference on the market, we have pre-defined questions available or you can create your own custom questions.
Results are returned as a complete report linked to the background check. -
Adult and Child Abuse Registries
Most abuse of adults and children is not criminal through sexual exploitation or theft. The abuse registry is often required for licensure with the state when working with children or dependent adults (in-home childcare programs, foster care, nursing homework, etc.). Each registry contains several non-criminal classes of information such as:
- Accusations of Malnourishment
- Multiple Abuse Allegations
- Non-Convicted Criminal Charges
- Other Non-Criminal Charges

The registries are mainly available only to those needing state or federal licensure through an organization such as Health and Human Services.
