Checked to a Higher Standard
You thoroughly screen everyone on your payroll and ensure employees meet your high expectations. Great. But, what about the contractors who walk in and out of your building? They aren’t technically your employees. How can you ensure that the contractors entering your site match the level of safety and professionalism your organization requires?
Our One Source Certified Contractors (OSCC) program requires all contracted personnel to meet set parameters in a background check performed by One Source.
How it Works
The One Source Certified Contractors program is a way to make sure all contractors are screened to the same set of standards across the board. Should any contractors fail to meet the minimum requirements of this standard, the certification requested would not be granted.
Best of all, site participation in the program is FREE.
Safe, Simple, and Streamlined
OSCC requires participants have no criminal convictions or ongoing criminal obligations within the stated categories.
- Five years on misdemeanor convictions
- Seven years on felony convictions
Minimum OSCC requirements include no misdemeanor or felony convictions for crimes involving:
- Weapons
- Violence
- Theft
- Drugs
- Sexual Offenses
