When will my account be upgraded?
Throughout 2022, all clients will transition to the upgraded client portal. You will receive individual communication from our Client Relations Team when it is time for your account to be updated.
Will there be training?
Yes, our team will provide training as well as the tools and resources to make sure this transition is seamless and easy for you.
What should I do until my account is upgraded?
You can continue to utilize the current version as normal, including ordering, viewing, and paying for reports.
